If you are a mandatory reporter, it is your duty to file a report against anyone you have “reasonable cause” to believe is endangering the welfare of a minor. In this case, it is our own government and our own school districts who are putting kids’ health at risk by promoting the Covid vaccines without properly warning parents of the potential consequences.
Whereas: The Covid vaccines have been associated with 1,005,759 adverse events, including: diarrhea, dizziness, bells palsy, paralysis, acute kidney injury, acute respiratory failure, and 3,385 deaths. (VAERS database May 21, 2021).
Whereas: We’ve never seen this level of side effects for any vaccine without the FDA taking action. The Rotavirus vaccine was canceled for 15 cases of non-lethal side effects and the Swine Flu vaccine was canceled for 25 deaths. But now, by the CDC’s own data, we are seeing a 12,000 percent increase in deaths with these vaccines and they’re still promoting this to our kids. (America’s Frontline Doctors)
Whereas: There is a statistically zero percent chance of young people dying of COVID-19. (AFD)
Whereas: Promoting an investigational product that has no long-term studies and pressuring parents and teens to use an experimental product that has not been fully approved by the FDA breaks all of the rules of medicine and the HHS’ own goal to protect Americans. (AFD)
Whereas: Numerous doctors are warning of possible sever consequences of these experimental vaccines in the future, including: Antibody Dependent Enhancement, Prion’s disease (always fatal), variants produced by vaccinated people, potential fertility problems, severe autoimmune disease, etc.
Whereas: Doctors from University of Penn issued a warning in December that not enough study had been done on mRna vaccines.
Whereas: We have effective treatments against Covid 19 that are more widely studied and understood and proven to be safer than the experimental vaccines.
Whereas: RCW 26.44.030 states that teachers are mandatory reporters. It is our duty to report when we have “reasonable cause” to believe that a child is experiencing abuse.
Whereas: RCW 26-44-020 defines abuse and neglect as injury, sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, negligent treatment or maltreatment of a child by any person under circumstances which indicate that the child’s health, welfare, and safety is harmed.
Whereas: WAC 110-30-0030 says that abuse is (f) Doing any other act that is likely to cause and that does cause bodily harm greater than transient pain or minor temporary marks or that is injurious to the child’s health, welfare or safety.
Whereas: America’s Frontline Doctors are suing for a restraining order against HHS Secretary Becerra to stop the mass vaccinations, especially of young people.
Whereas: Local and national news coverage of the vaccines is skewed towards the benefits of the vaccines and does not adequately cover the risks.
Whereas: Students and parents have the right to know when something the school district is pushing may carry risk.
Whereas: The warnings that are provided by those administering the shots do not fairly explain all the risks, and the dangers may not be getting translated into all languages that our students and parents speak.
Therefore, any school district that promotes vaccination for its K-12 students without providing sufficient warning about the possible severe consequences of the vaccines and without translating all of the warnings into all the native languages of its students is acting in a manner that constitutes “abuse” under RCW 26-44-020.
Further, those school districts, teachers, adults, and any school personnel who encourage vaccination potentially face liability for harms done by the vaccines to children in their charge.
